By creating an account and using OpalEdge (“the Service”), operated by Opal Business Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OpalEdge is an AI-powered job management and quoting platform for UK trade businesses. Features include AI quote generation, job management, invoicing, analytics, and an AI business advisor (AskEdge).

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of your business.

4. Subscription and Billing

OpalEdge is offered on a subscription basis (Starter, Pro, Premium). Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Annual plans are billed upfront. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to reverse-engineer the platform, submit fraudulent data, or use the Service in a manner that violates applicable law.

6. AI Disclaimer

OpalEdge uses artificial intelligence to generate quotes, reports, and advice. AI-generated content is for guidance only and does not constitute professional financial, legal, or business advice. You are responsible for verifying all outputs before acting on them.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We store your business data securely in the UK/EU.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opal Business Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Plan & Billing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
